The villa is a town house on the Majestic Palm, which offers spacious accommodation for up to 5 guests. All rooms are air-conditioned.
The villa has the following:
Ground Floor
- Living room - furnished with comfortable sofas, a TV with satellite channels and a DVD player.
- Kitchen / diner – has a fridge freezer, microwave, a four hob cooker and a washing machine. The dinning table seats 6 comfortably. The kitchen has sliding doors that open to a grassed patio area with garden furniture. This leads directly onto the communal garden area and the swimming pool.
- Living Area or 3rd Bedroom – Leading off the kitchen area is another living area with a TV. There is also a very comfortable sofa bed.
- Shower room – Leading off the bedroom is a toilet and shower room.
First Floor
- Master bedroom – with a king sized bed. A TV is available. The master bedroom leads on to a balcony and has a side terrace.
- Second bedroom – furnished with twin beds. A TV is also available.
- Bathroom – large bathroom with a bath and shower.
Roof Terrace
- With views over the complex and nearby areas.
The villa also has a dedicated parking space.
